General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Paradise FlyFishing
(General Terms and Conditions – GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between Paradise FlyFishing and any person (hereinafter the “Client”) making a reservation for a trip or service offered by Paradise FlyFishing.

2. Purpose and Scope
The purpose of these GTC is to define the conditions under which Paradise FlyFishing offers and sells fly fishing trips, courses, travel programs, guided services, and related services.
They apply to any reservation made directly or indirectly with Paradise FlyFishing, regardless of the Client’s country of residence or the location where the trip is carried out.
3. Formation of the Contract and Acceptance of the GTC
A reservation becomes firm and final either upon signature of the trip contract or upon payment of the deposit, which constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC, without reservation.
4. Description of Services
The services provided are exclusively those described in the program or proposal sent to the Client (dates, number of fishing days, accommodation, guiding, etc.).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following are not included:
transportation (flights, trains, airport transfers), fishing equipment, personal insurance, personal expenses, and any service not expressly mentioned.
5. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) or Swiss francs (CHF), depending on the trip, all taxes included unless otherwise stated.
The applicable price is the one communicated to the Client at the time of booking.
Paradise FlyFishing reserves the right to modify its prices as long as no reservation has been confirmed.
6. Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due no later than 30 days before departure.
Payments are made by bank transfer or by any other method specified at the time of booking.
In the event of non-payment of the balance within the specified timeframe, Paradise FlyFishing reserves the right to cancel the reservation, with the deposit remaining non-refundable.
7. Cancellation by the Client
Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email).
The following cancellation fees apply:

More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the total amount (deposit retained)

Between 59 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the total amount

Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total amount
No refund will be made in the event of no-show or early termination of the trip by the Client.
8. Cancellation or Modification by Paradise FlyFishing
Paradise FlyFishing reserves the right to modify or cancel a trip in the event of force majeure, exceptional weather or hydrological conditions, safety requirements, or unforeseen unavailability of local service providers.
In such cases, an alternative solution or postponement may be offered.
Failing this, only the amounts corresponding to services not provided will be refunded, with no additional compensation.
9. Liability
Paradise FlyFishing acts as an organizer of fishing trips and undertakes to use all reasonable means to ensure the proper execution of the services.
Paradise FlyFishing shall not be held liable in particular in the event of bodily injury occurring during the trip, loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment, transport delays or cancellations, natural conditions beyond its control, or inappropriate or imprudent behavior by the Client.
The Client participates in the activities at their own risk and undertakes to comply with all safety instructions.
10. Insurance
The Client is responsible for taking out appropriate personal insurance prior to departure, including but not limited to cancellation insurance, repatriation insurance, civil liability insurance, and insurance covering fishing activities.
Paradise FlyFishing cannot be held liable in the event of absence or insufficiency of insurance.
11. Personal Data
The Client’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the GDPR, where applicable.
Details regarding data collection, processing, and the Client’s rights are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, documents) is protected by Swiss copyright law.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable solution, the courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Language
The language of the contract is French.
In the event of translation, only the French version shall prevail.
